A language trip to Malta: the perfect opportunity for us 4EHW students to immerse ourselves in English while exploring the rich culture and history of the island. The trip combined educational activities with exciting excursions, making it both informative and enjoyable. We attended an advanced English course at “Sprachcaffe” in Pembroke, where professional teachers helped us to improve our language skills. Engaging lessons were complemented by daily conversations with people from all over the world, allowing us to practise English in real-life situations. But it wasn’t all about studying! We also had the opportunity to explore some of Malta’s most stunning destinations. We wandered the narrow streets of Mdina, admiring its charming and unique architecture. In Valletta, Malta’s capital, we marvelled at its historic landmarks and learned about the island’s vibrant, multicultural past. One of the highlights was a boat trip to the Blue Lagoon with its crystal clear waters and mysterious caves. Exploring the island of Comino in such a stunning location was the perfect balance to our busy days of studying. Overall, the trip helped us to develop our English skills while creating lasting memories in the heart of the Mediterranean. We returned home with improved language skills, great impressions and an experience we will never forget.
